About Us
We want you to trust that we will make your home a great place to live! We will pay attention to every detail to make sure that you're happy in one of our homes.
You can feel deep history of each of our unique properties all walking distance to downtown:
- Douglas Grand- referred to in 1892 as "red brick flats" the largest building of its kind at the time.
- Douglas Park- a mixture of homes and vintage apartments built between 1885 and 1910
- Raymond Place- a village of homes originally used by the Elgin Watch company in 1890 overlooking the watch company's antique observatory!
- Spring Street Studios- 1938 Art Deco downtown building built by famed architect Elmer Gylleck...who was also a magician who performed with Houdini at the time!
- Mountain Street Mansion- Beautifully settled on top of the tallest hill overlooking Elgin in 1870 by WC Kimball while he was Mayor. This is a national treasure and historical landmark property.
We aren't trying to be the biggest, but we want to be the best. For many years, Elgin has been the center of arts, entertainment, and transportation and we hope you'll like living here!
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to serve you!
